Fighting the Climate Crisis
Last year we experienced the hottest year on record and some of the most destructive natural disasters. The climate emergency is accelerating and we are running out of time to stop its irreversible effects.
The Greens have the knowledge, expertise and concrete solutions to tackle the climate crisis: the single biggest threat to us and future generations. We're growing and gaining power to bring real changes on the European, national and local levels.

Protecting Human Rights
The pandemic has exacerbated already existing inequalities. During the crisis response, a disproportionate burden fell on women. As a majority in essential professions, it once again became obvious that their skills are undervalued and underpaid.
The Greens are fighting for a feminist recovery that will tackle the long overdue gender pay gap, balance parental leave provisions and eliminate gender-based violence, which has increased since the beginning of the pandemic.

Demanding Social Justice
The pandemic and Russian aggression in Ukraine exposed yet again the urgent need for a united and solidary Europe that can ensure social security for all.
Greens across Europe fight for the transition to climate neutral economies without leaving anyone behind and with everyone taking their share of the burden through a fair taxation system. This is at the core of the just transition that we wholeheartedly work towards.
