The 37th Extraordinary EGP Congress will elect one female member to fill the open position in the Finance Advisory Board (FAB).
We received two candidacies:
- Mária SZABÓNÉ SZENDEFY
Nominated by LMP – Magyarország Zöld Pártja (Hungary)
Supported by Zelení / Czech Greens (Czech Rep) and Partia Zieloni (Poland)
- Maura Rose McMAHON **
Nominated by Irish Green Party / Comhaontas Glas (Ireland)
Supported by the Green Party of England and Wales (UK) and Die Grünen, die grüne Alternative (Austria)
The EGP Committee has preliminarly accepted this candidacy which arrived slightly after the deadline. The Congress will be proposed to validate it by vote before the election takes place. The candidate and the nominating party experienced technical issues which caused the delay.
