PARTICIPANTS LIST (update 02.06.2022)

REIMBURSEMENT RULES

Please check the reimbursement rules  here to find all the information regarding travel and accommodation reimbursement for your party. EGP will either book and pay for travel and accommodation or reimburse your travel and accommodation costs.

For member parties for whom EGP is booking for, you will be contacted by the EGP office following your registration, with instructions.

For member parties who will book their own travel and accommodation, we urge you to arrange your travel and book flights as early as possible, before the rates become too expensive. Check out the practical information page for more details on the Council venue and accommodation. Bear in mind we will only reimburse travel tickets that are booked no later than 3 weeks (Friday, 13 May 2022) before the start of the Council, unless agreed otherwise with the EGP office. Delegates can book single rooms and EGP will reimburse based on the invoice up to 95€ per delegate for a maximum of 3 nights (4 nights if travel is not possible on the day just before or after the Council, which is to be agreed with EGP in advance, before purchase).

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact reimbursement@europeangreens.eu.
