Attending the 35th EGP Council
The Latvian government announced a lift of almost all restrictions from the 1st of April 2022. However, to ensure the limit of the spread of the Covid-19 virus during the event, we will implement the following measures:
- Disinfecting stations will be placed around the Council venue. All participants are invited to clean their hands regularly.
- Face masks and Covid-19 tests will be available at the registration desk and will be disseminated on demand.
- Meeting rooms will be ventilated through the centralized system of the conference center.
- Participants with symptoms are asked not to attend the Council.
- Participants who test positive for Covid-19 must isolate to comply with the regulations in Latvia. More information can be found here.
Entering the country
From the 1st of April, it is no longer required to present a valid vaccination certificate when entering Latvia. A vaccination or recovery certificate or a negative Covid-19 test is only required for those entering Latvia from a particularly high-risk country. Information on particularly high-risk countries is published here.
