On this page you will find an overview of the platforms used for the 31st EGP Online Council, including for the "Restart Europe" conference, which is an open event.
For all participants
The 31st EGP Online Council, including its open “Restart Europe” conference, will take place on Spot.me, “the complete engagement platform”, as described by its creators. Spot.me is an interactive online event platform that gives organisers and participants many possibilities to create an interactive space, facilitating engagement in various ways with the different types of content provided. Participants can enter the event from their laptop, tablet or phone, and follow the sessions live. The sessions will be interactive, so participants can actively engage from their own place! Access to the event also means that registered attendees can browse the virtual exhibition space, where EGP partners will showcase their work and activities, and be able to engage in conversations with them. Everyone registered will also be able to search and find other participants and have a virtual coffee with them during the breaks.
You can find guidelines on how to use the platform here.
- Voting Platform - Beernink Productions
The voting session will be different this time as well, as delegates will not be in the same room together. To enable a secure online environment for the voting, EGP has contracted Bert Beernink - who delegates might know from the electronic voting sessions at our Councils - to develop a platform. Voting delegates will be given access to the platform, where they will be able to follow the discussion and securely cast their vote live, as always.
- Antragsgrün - amendments tool (also called “Motion”)
EGP has also upgraded the process to submit amendments: this will be done through Antragsgrün from now on. It should make it easier for member parties to submit and for EGP staff to manage the amendments to the resolutions.
Dedicated trainings will be provided to the delegates to make sure they know exactly how the platforms work.
