From 30 March to 2 April the whole Green world will gather in Liverpool for the European Green Party and Global Greens joint congress. This will be the largest global Green gathering so far.
Among the key speakers: the Minister for International Development Cooperation and Climate, and Deputy Prime Minister of Sweden Isabella Lövin who will give the opening speech, the co-leader of the Green Party of England and Wales Caroline Lucas and the Minister for the Environment of Luxembourg that represented the EU at the COP21 Carole Dieschbourg.
The Green movement emerged to meet not only environmental and climate change. Populism, democracy and future of Europe will also be discussed, especially in the aftermath of the Brexit referendum and the triggering of Article 50 by UK Prime Minister Theresa May.
