For all participants
- SpotMe
The 33rd EGP Council, including its public event on 28-29 May 2021, will take place on SpotMe, an interactive online event platform that gives organisers and participants many possibilities to create an interactive space, facilitating engagement in various ways with the different types of content provided. Participants can enter the event from their laptop, tablet or phone, and follow the sessions live. However, for the best Council experience we recommend connecting from a computer. The sessions will be interactive, so participants can actively engage from their own place! Access to the event also means that registered attendees can browse the virtual exhibition space, where EGP partners will showcase their work and activities, and be able to engage in conversations with them. Everyone registered will also be able to search and find other participants and have a virtual coffee with them during the breaks.
Dedicated guidelines on how to use the SpotMe platform can be found here.
For delegates
- Voting Platform - Beernink Productions
To enable a secure online environment for the voting, EGP has contracted Bert Beernink to develop a platform. Voting delegates will be given access to the platform, where they will be able to follow the discussion and securely cast their vote live, as always.
- Antragsgrün - amendments tool (also called “Motion”)
EGP has upgraded the process to submit amendments: this is now done through Antragsgrün. It should make it easier for member parties to submit and for EGP staff to manage the amendments to the resolutions.
Dedicated trainings will be provided to the delegates to make sure they know exactly how the platforms work.
