For us European Greens the important thing is to work hard to achieve political results and improve life for Europe’s citizens. That’s why we’d like you to tell us what you think Greens should prioritise in the EU after the European Parliament Election on 7 June 2009.

During the past 5 years Europe has been governed by the political right wing resulting in economic crisis, growing unemployment and a spiralling climate threat. We want to change this development. As the fifth largest group in the European Parliament, the European Greens, has influence in the EU and can initiate the changes. That’s why we’d like you to tell us what you think is the most important step to fight global warming, climate change.

We are faced with two enormous challenges: a deep economic crisis resulting from a weak and irresponsible economic policy and an even greater climate challenge. But if we combine these two challenges we have the possibility to solve them both. That’s why we’d like you to tell us what you think it takes to turn around the economic crisis.
